About the bureau
A coastal practice built on ledger discipline
Coral Bay Assurance Bureau grew from audit fieldwork across Niigata’s trading and manufacturing corridors. We remain a focused assurance firm — independent examination of accounts, not advisory theatre.
Origin
The bureau took shape when partners who had spent years attending inventory counts in snowbound yards and reviewing related-party ledgers for family companies decided to open a practice closer to those clients. Our office at 9976 E North Street, 湖日高町, 新潟県, Japan anchors planning meetings and working-paper review.
How we work
Engagements are partner-led. Junior staff perform tests under supervision; material judgments on estimates, going concern, and disclosure stay with the signing partner. We write findings in plain English so controllers can act before the report date.
Values that show up in the file
- Independence checked before acceptance and rechecked when new shareholders appear
- Evidence over assertion — invoices, confirmations, and count sheets before verbal explanations
- Respect for client calendars, including weather and factory shutdowns that reshape fieldwork
