Statutory financial statement audit

We plan risk around revenue cut-off, inventory valuation, and related-party balances, then test the evidence that supports your year-end figures. Inventory counts are attended when stock is material. Findings are raised with management before the auditor’s report is signed.

Engagements typically run eight to fourteen weeks from acceptance for a single entity with one primary warehouse. Fees start from ¥2,800,000 after we review prior statements and locations.

What clients notice first

“They insisted on attending the March inventory count even when snow delayed the trucks by a day. The report arrived with fewer surprises than our previous year.”
